Tom Bissmeyer

Thomas Bissmeyer has spent the last 20-plus years investing in all types of real estate — from commercial developments in California, to condominiums in Florida.

With both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Finance, Tom spent his early years financing commercial real estate for a large real estate developer. After learning the secrets to making millions in development, Tom ventured out on his own to build his own real estate fortune. Like most budding real estate investors, Tom started with a small residential unit. Over the years, he was able to amass a portfolio of properties from coast to coast.

Tom has also spent the last 18 years teaching others interested in making money in real estate. Tom is a sought-after lecturer on the topics of real estate and financial planning. He has spoken all over the world and to crowds in excess of 10,000.

Today, Tom is a very active investor in the pre-construction marketplace. Tom a principal in Price Morgan, LLC, a pre-construction investment and development group and Franklin Wealth Institute, LLC, a real estate education company.

From his humble beginnings as a shipyard welder to a real estate investor with several millions of dollars in properties, Tom maintains a down-home approach to teaching. His passion is to teach financial independence through real estate investing.

Tom lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and two children. He is an avid snowboarder, runner and cyclist. His most recent adventure involved his trek of 120 miles through the Rocky Mountains on a road bicycle in the middle of July.
